How We Work

We help identify where experiences break down—and how to fix them.

We help identify where experiences break down—and how to fix them.

My work focuses on finding points of confusion, overload, or inefficiency in how systems are designed, and turning them into clear, usable, and supportive structures.

This includes:

  • communication systems
  • onboarding and internal processes
  • digital and website experiences
  • events and conferences
  • travel and sensory environments

If something feels harder to navigate than it should be, the problem usually isn’t the people—it’s the system around them. Small changes in structure can completely change how something feels to navigate.

Every organization is different.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, I tailor each engagement to your goals, your environment, and the people you serve.

Whether we're reviewing a classroom, website, onboarding process, conference, waiting room, or travel experience, the process is designed to be thoughtful, collaborative, and low-friction.

1. Connect

Everything begins with a short inquiry.

You'll tell me a little about your organization, what's prompting you to reach out, and what kind of experience you'd like to improve.

If it sounds like we're a good fit, I'll send a more detailed questionnaire to better understand your goals.

2. Discover

Once I have a clear picture of your needs, I'll review the materials, spaces, or experiences you've shared.

Depending on the project, this might include:

  • websites
  • onboarding materials
  • employee communication
  • forms and paperwork
  • physical environments
  • event schedules
  • travel itineraries
  • policies and procedures
  • digital tools

The goal isn't to find fault—it's to understand how the experience feels from the perspective of the people moving through it.

3. Identify Friction

Using a neuroinclusive lens, I identify areas where people may experience:

  • unnecessary confusion
  • cognitive overload
  • unclear expectations
  • sensory challenges
  • difficult transitions
  • barriers to participation

Many of these challenges affect everyone—not just neurodivergent individuals.

4. Recommend Practical Improvements

You'll receive a clear, organized report outlining:

  • what's working well
  • opportunities for improvement
  • practical recommendations
  • priority areas
  • quick wins you can implement immediately

Recommendations are realistic, actionable, and designed to fit your organization—not generic best practices.

5. Optional Implementation Support

Some organizations prefer to make changes on their own.

Others would like help rewriting communication, redesigning materials, or thinking through implementation.

Support can be tailored to your needs and timeline.
