Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@neurobloominclusive.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Not at all. Many clients know something isn't working but aren't sure why. We can determine the best approach together.

No.

My work is informed by neurodivergent lived experience and neuroinclusive design principles, but clearer communication, thoughtful environments, and reduced cognitive load benefit everyone.

Absolutely. Some projects focus on a single experience, while others look at systems across an entire organization.

At NeuroBloom Inclusive, most projects are completed remotely using a structured, asynchronous process.

Rather than relying on multiple meetings or on-site visits, I review the materials, spaces, and experiences you share—including documents, websites, photos, videos, floor plans, schedules, recordings, and virtual walkthroughs.

Working this way allows me to spend more time carefully observing patterns and identifying opportunities for improvement, rather than asking your team to pause their work for frequent meetings.

For you, that means:

  • Less disruption to your day
  • More flexibility for your team
  • Thoughtful, detailed recommendations
  • Clear documentation you can reference long after the project is complete

Many clients find that asynchronous collaboration makes the process easier—not just for neurodivergent individuals, but for busy teams who appreciate having time to review information at their own pace.

I believe the best work happens when people have time to think, process, and respond intentionally—not when they're rushing from one meeting to the next.
